What you will do:

As a Technical Advisor, you are responsible for providing technical support (verbally and in writing) to customers regarding the fire-resistant (and other) properties of drywall solutions composed of Promat and/or Siniat products.

• You are the first point of contact for our customers
• You analyze and interpret customer questions (received by phone or e-mail)
• You give advice to customers by telephone and in writing
• For more complex questions, consult with the Technical Specialist about possible solutions
• Communication with the customer is digitally secured
• You will work out drawings, make calculations and prepare more complex technical advice

What you bring:

• You are familiar with the construction industry
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• You are administratively strong
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• You work proactively and customer-oriented
• Enthusiastic person who can work independently
• Teamwork and collaboration
• You speak Dutch and English
